Actor and rapper Eve said she didn’t want to only play a rapper in her return to acting, and was attracted to ABC’s new primetime series ‘Queens’ because she could “be a full, well-rounded character.” Her castmate Nadine Velazquez, who was a hiatus from acting, said she joined because her character “was a woman and was going through similar experiences that I have already lived through.” (Nov. 16)
