Maj.-Gen. Dany Fortin says that although the Public Health Agency of Canada sent provinces a delivery schedule for Pfizer-BioNTech's COVID-19 vaccine totalling only 3.5 million doses by the end of March, he expects Pfizer to deliver four million — but with some uncertainty about which weeks the extra 500,000 doses will arrive.
