Alberta now at 1,451 cases, 32 deaths due to COVID-19
Dr. Deena Hinshaw, Alberta's chief medical officer of health, says there are now 1,451 cases of COVID-19 and 32 deaths. She also reacted to reports that some private gyms are open and some golf courses are considering opening. She said both must remain closed to contain the virus. Alberta is also erecting a large temporary shelter beside a Calgary hospital to handle the expected surge in patients.
