B.C. allows visits at long-term care homes

B.C. is allowing visits at long-term care facilities after months of families trying to stay in touch with relatives virtually or by phone. Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry says the visits will be restricted to one designated person to start, but could be expanded to more people depending on the continued success of efforts to slow the spread of COVID-19.
