Premier John Horgan says some people are “acting badly” during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, but most are following health guidelines. He says it was “un-Canadian” for a former B.C. gaming company executive to allegedly travel to Yukon with his wife to get early vaccines and he’s concerned about reports of large parties in Vancouver penthouses and gatherings at the ski resort community of Whistler.
