Bichette, Scherzer, Bassitt left off Blue Jays’ roster for American League Division Series

All-star shortstop Bo Bichette and veteran pitchers Max Scherzer and Chris Bassitt were left off of the Toronto Blue Jays’ roster for the American League Division Series against the New York Yankees. Rookie Trey Yesavage, who started the season in single-A, will get the start for Toronto in Game 2 of the best-of-five series. (Oct. 4, 2025).
