Brother of dead soldier calls for more PTSD awareness

Speaking at Michael McNeil's funeral, his brother says post-traumatic stress isn't going away and more awareness of the disease is needed. McNeil's death is one of four apparent suicides by Canadian soldiers in recent weeks.
