An officer with Canada's spy agency is describing a toxic workplace in the CSIS physical surveillance unit in B.C. The Canadian Press is not identifying the woman who says she was repeatedly raped by a fellow officer, that bullying and harassment went unchecked, and that young female officers were routinely victimized.
