A group of 38 German and Austrian tourists, along with two Colombian crew members, were rescued after their boat capsized in Caribbean waters, the Colombian Navy reported on Friday. The incident occurred on Thursday when the vessel overturned and wrecked in Ciénaga de los Vásquez, near Cartagena.
