Harper mum on sending officials abroad to help refugees

NDP Leader Tom Mulcair is criticizing Stephen Harper, saying he has "no will" to help more Syrian refugees get to Canada. The prime minister reaffirmed Tuesday that the government is looking to bring over more "bona fide" refugees.
