Liberals ask Tories for more action to clear grain backlog

Liberal MP Ralph Goodale says the government isn't doing enough to help move grain from Saskatchewan producers. Ottawa is ordering railways to transport a minimum amount of grain each week to clear the backlog after a record crop.
