Beef, a steer out of Vulcan County, Alta., has officially entered the Guinness World Records as the tallest living steer in the world. Owned by Jasmine Entz, the six-foot-five Holstein edged out the an Oregon steer by one centimetre when he was last measured by officials.(Sept. 27, 2025)
