Volunteers packed the community centre in Small Point, N.L., full of food and toiletries to help residents displaced by wildfires nearby. Heather Rowsell, co-owner of the local general store, and volunteer Wanda Crocker say the community kept people’s spirits up. (May 8, 2025)
