Three voters from across Canada who were undecided at the start of the campaign have decided who to cast their ballots for. Ledon Wellon, from Mount Pearl, N.L., says promises about universal pharmacare helped her make her choice, while David Odongi of Calgary says it’s become clear that previous promises haven’t been kept. Montreal resident Alex Carrier says he made his decision by process of elimination.
