Newsroom Ready: Trudeau claims progress in D.C., but Biden unmoved on electric-vehicle dispute
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau insisted Thursday that Canada made progress in its talks with Joe Biden, but the president showed little willingness to budge on his controversial U.S. tax credit proposal for electric vehicles.
