Ontario updates vaccine plan
The head of Ontario’s vaccine task force retired general Rick Hillier says an updated COVID-19 vaccination plan for the province has a goal of first shots for every Ontarian by the first day of summer. Hillier says the next phase of the plan will be to distribute shots based on age, neighbourhood, health conditions and employment requirements. Ontario is aiming to offer first COVID-19 vaccine doses to all eligible residents by June 20, the province said Friday.
