Party leaders weigh in on economy amid news of contraction

Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau faced criticism Tuesday for his handling of the economy, as Statistics Canada reported a contraction between April and June. NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh announced he would target house flippers and said the housing market shouldn't be used as a stock market.
