Quebec looks to reopen schools, daycares businesses gradually, hopes to have plan in coming weeks

Quebec Premier Francois Legault says the province will have get its economy going again gradually. Legault says what's certain is that one million Quebec school children can't all go back to school at the same time in September. Quebec's public health director says one measure could include people using masks in situations where two metres of physical distancing isn't possible like on public transit.
