The Canadian Armed Forces demonstrated their flood relief operations in Constance Bay in Ottawa on Tuesday. Canadian Forces members have been assisting residents by filling sandbags, constructing walls and assisting responding agencies on the ground as flooding continues across the National Capital Region.
