Rabbi Yisroel Goldstein says Lori Kaye, who was shot and killed in a synagogue near San Diego on Saturday, "took the bullet for all of us," and died to protect others in the congregation. A 19-year-old suspect, John T. Earnest, is in custody. (April 29)
