The Saskatchewan government says it is asking the federal government for help to deal with surging COVID-19 cases as it sends six intensive care patients to Ontario to relieve overwhelmed staff. Health officials said the first patient was to go to Ottawa on Monday and another five patients will be sent to Ontario by Wednesday.
