Saskatchewan to require COVID-19 vaccine proof

Premier Scott Moe says Saskatchewan is bringing in a proof of vaccination program starting Oct. 1 in an attempt to increase the number of people immunized against COVID-19 and decrease pressures on the health-care system. A provincewide mask mandate for all indoor public places starts Friday.
