Testing backlog affects Nova Scotia COVID-19 case count

Nova Scotia Premier Iain Rankin announced new COVID-19 case numbers Friday but says they are not the full picture. Provincial officials say lab work is three days behind with about 45,000 tests yet to be processed meaning virus case counts are likely much higher.
