Top doctor warns Manitoba is at critical point as COVID-19 cases continue to surge
Dr. Brent Roussin, Manitoba's chief provincial public health officer, says the province is at a critical point after weeks of surging COVID-19 cases and deadly outbreaks at long-term care homes. Roussin said he has spoken with Premier Brian Pallister about implementing further restrictions and nothing is off the table.
