Home prices in the Greater Toronto Area remained under pressure in August as new listings outpaced sales. The board said the average sale price in August was down 5.2 per cent from last year to $1.02 million. In Vancouver prices fell 3.8 per cent year-over-year in August, while Calgary prices were down 4.1 per cent. (Sept. 4, 2025)
