Tory MP seeks more details on ‘fluctuations’ in vaccine shipments

Conservative health critic Michelle Rempel Garner presses Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on what he means when he says to expect "fluctuations" in COVID-19 vaccine shipments and says the federal government should have focused on building domestic manufacturing capacity much earlier. Trudeau says Canada remains on track to receive the promised six million doses from Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna by the end of March.
