Tougher testing and quarantine rules for travellers returning to Canada: Trudeau

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says Canadian airlines are stopping service to Mexico and Caribbean countries. He says the federal government will require more COVID-19 tests for people arriving in Canada, including by land, and travellers will have to spend their first three days of quarantine in hotels at their own expense while they await results.
