President Donald Trump on Sunday claimed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy “hasn’t read” a U.S-authored peace proposal aimed at ending the Russia-Ukraine war. He told reporters that Zelenskyy’s “people love it,” and that Russia is “fine with it.”
