Westerners so angry about the state of the federal government that they're contemplating secession risk splitting the right-of-centre vote and helping the Liberals, Conservative Leader Erin O'Toole says. In a Wednesday news conference, he says he's not hungry for a fall election but won't shrunk from one, either.
