Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was in Vancouver to announce a deal he says will spur the construction of more than 40,000 homes in the city over the next decade. The $115 million for Vancouver is part of the federal government's $4 billion Housing Accelerator Fund. (Dec. 15, 2023)
